Job Title:  Office Administrator

Job Type: Part-time (15–20 hrs per week: Mon–Fri, 9–12 or 1–4)

Duration: Permanent

Reports To:  Office Manager

Required Qualities

  • Experience with Xero – payroll and accounts payable

  • Previous admin work experience

  • Organisational and time management skills

General Administration Tasks

  • Ordering uniforms and equipment

  • Ordering office/business supplies

  • Organise and store project photos

  • Filing business documents

  • Printing before/after project albums for clients

  • Keeping office presentable at all times

Accounting Tasks

  • Preparing payroll for processing

  • Utilization reports of staff

  • Uploading bills to pay

  • Tracking company spending and keeping in line with forecasts
