Shipping Information

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are packaged and delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that our beautiful plants aren't left uncared for in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday are likely to be dispatched the following Monday. 

 

Expect local delivery within 1-3 days or for rural delivery please allow 4-5days.

 

During unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID lockdowns or natural disasters, shipping may be disrupted. Delays will be communicated via the email address submitted upon order.

 

Delivery Charges

Nelson - $6 per item

Rural Nelson - $13.50 per item

Rest of New Zealand - $15 per item

Rural North Island - $20 per item

Rural South Island - $20 per item

Our delivery charges will be calculated on your order depending on the delivery address and items ordered. New Zealand-wide and rural delivery rates are for items up to a maximum weight of 5kg. Nelson delivery rates are for items weighing up to 20kg. This is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. Shipping fees will be specified during checkout before your order is confirmed by you and processed for payment.

 

You will receive a confirmation email when you have made your purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is processed. 

 

If you do not receive your confirmation email or tracking number please check your spam folder or email us at marketing@timsgarden.co.nz and we will amend this for you.

Click and Collect

Click and collect is a free service. Simply select ‘pickup’ at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. This will generally be ready for collection within one business day. Please note that we are open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am – 2pm.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind.

 

Our plants are packaged with extreme care to ensure they arrive at their destination in great condition. In the very rare instance that your plant is damaged in transit please send us a photo of the damage within two days of delivery so that we can raise a claim with our courier company. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded accordingly.
